At Ocean Cart, we understand that plans may change. As we deal with fresh fish, seafood, vegetables, fruits, and other perishable grocery products, orders are processed immediately after they are placed. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order free of charge within 5 minutes of placing the order, provided the order has not already been processed or dispatched.

After 5 minutes, cancellation requests will not be accepted, as our team begins preparing and packing fresh products immediately to ensure timely delivery.

How to Cancel an Order

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If your cancellation request is approved within the 5-minute cancellation window, any prepaid amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
• Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank, payment gateway, or wallet provider.
• If the payment was made using a supported digital wallet, the refund will be credited back to the same wallet, subject to the wallet provider’s processing timeline.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Cancellation requests will not be accepted if:

• More than 5 minutes have passed since the order was placed.
• The order has already been packed or dispatched.
• The order is out for delivery.
• The order has already been delivered.

Ocean Cart’s Right to Cancel

Ocean Cart reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

• Product unavailability
• Payment failure
• Pricing or technical errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Operational reasons beyond our control

If Ocean Cart cancels an order before dispatch, any eligible payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
